Cashe — Loan Amount Disbursal Issue-Auto Debit Registration| E Sign not enabled

I have applied for a personal loan on[protected] and on[protected] it was found as approved in mobile app and informed by an executive. Received a sms also to complete the Auto Debit Registration | E Sign but from then to till now the relevant option not found in app as enabled. Today is[protected] and still no progress. Raised a ticket and as it's resolution received as e mail stating 2 days back as relevant team is been forwarded this concern.

Kindly help to resolve this issue on a highest priority.
