Cashe — Loan amount still not disbursed

Hi Team,

I applied for a loan, all approvals went smoothly. But, I am still waiting for the loan disbursement to take place.
Loan amount still not credited to my account, On app it is reflecting"Disbursement is under process".
On chrome by opening Cashe site, it is reflecting loan is active and also reflecting EMI's due. If loan amount still not disbursed, how emi's due date can be decided (Never Mind)

Pease find screenshots attached for your reference and look into the matter to sort it asap.
