[Resolved]  Cashe — Loan approved but money not disbursed

This is regarding my loan application number #CLN289248. The loan was approved on January 25, 2024 but has not yet been disbursed.

I’ve tried raising this concern through tickets multiple times but have not received the funds yet. Every time the ticket is raised, I keep getting an automated response from the team.

I’ve applied the loan for an emergency situation that prevails in the family right now.

I would really appreciate if my loan is disbursed fast.

I was informed by the CASHe team in this complaint thread that the team will get in touch and this has been forwarded to the relevant team for priority disbursal. However, there has been no attempt from CASHe to establish a contact with me, not to forget, the funds have still not been disbursed.

I have raise acomplaint 5 times but still not transfer my fund and already done 6 days to approved loan but still not received and all time get this mail
