[Resolved]  Cashe — Loan not disbursed but e-mandate is done

After repeated of email my problem is yet to be solved and i get the same reply from them. We would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.

Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.

As soon as the issue gets resolved, you shall receive the loan disbursal in your bank account.

We would also like to assure that your repayment date will be considered from the date of loan amount transferred to your bank account and it will accordingly get updated in your CASHe account.

We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.}

this is pathetic.

its already been more than 5 working day still your cashe support team send me the same email again & again.

I have applied for loan on 18th January and since that day I am receiving same reply which you have sent me above. Hope you will disbursed the loan asap which is in processing since last 5-6 days.
