My Name is Hariraj PS, I am residing at Panachoor House Kadathoor PO Thazhava, Karunagappally. Kollam District, Kerala. I had taken a loan from an online platform Cashe, I had completed the repayment of all my past loans on time last 3 Years via Cashe. Due to the pandemic Covid and my worse health condition my last loans was pending a long while. My family is struggling with financial crisis, my mother is a heart patient and diabetic patient. I am also a diabetic patient. I am the only earning member in my family, last one year my Financial and physical situation was very worse, 19th of April Varicose vein surgery had done at St Thomas Hospital Chetipuzha and 19th of MAY and my all family member including me down with covid after that I started my job on December 8th I met an accident now I need Key hole surgery @ Amrita for that I need around 2 lakhs. Because of financial problem I am not able do my surgery also.I am sending this email because I am not able to walk now so I am not able to file case at Karunagappally Police station in my physical presence. Last 6 Month all my loans are in non-payment stage because of financial crisis.
Today one of my Phone Contact Mr. Manoj Kumar got continues call from unknown phone numbers [protected], [protected] he is not aware about this loan and he is a person belonging to this loan. Cashe team hacked my phone contacts and started to call my contacts without my permission, They are sending some messages in my WhatsApp . I am ready to face any legal action on same because I am a defaulter now with Cashe.
Serious Crime which Cashe online team do is that without my permission the Cashe team had hacked my mobile phone contacts and continues calling from my times and they miss guide My contacts people that they are the reference this loan. Request you all to kindly take action again this. I need a clarity on this reference mobile in this laon also because I did not give Mr Manoj Kumar as reference number . Now they are threatening me. I hereby attached the screen shots of the CASHe WhatsApp chat, tele communication audio recording along with Mr Manoj Kumar i am ready to submit in court.In that Audio conversation they are clearly mentioned Mr Manoj Kumar is my reference for this loan. This is 100% fake. I will not given Mr Manoj Kumar person name as reference. Any time I am ready to submit all the documents in court regarding my medical treatment and others. Request you to Kindly consider this case on priority otherwise common people cannot live in our country because of this illegal activities.

I had been in continues communication with the Cashe team last 5 hours and i had communicated all the details to the concern team.But the team is again continuously calling my phone contacts people's again and again.They are not ready to stop this calling and they clearly says the same in the attached whatsapp snapshots.Because of this harrasment common people like me will not survive here for long.Request you to do the needful on urgent basis because they are planning to harras me again and again.
