Cashe — Threatening & Abusive Calls - NEED URGENT Help

Dear CashE Team,

I'm Snehaashish Pathak and i have taken personal loan on 23/12/2020 and till March 2021 I was paying my EMI continuously and In April 2021 me and my entire family got Covid Positive and before getting admitted to hospital I tried to notify cash by sending my covid positive report. Since April 2021 I was not able to pay anything I was hospitalized for almost 4 months because I got effected very badly and when I came back and tried to continue my work I was not able to do so. During this wave of covid I LOST MY FATHER and very disturbing elements happened in my family and since then my financial struggle started because I was the left as only earning member left. I LOST MY JOB WHERE I WAS WORKING WITH A REPUTATED COMPANY (KPMG). We had to sell our property because of my father debts of business. Now we are staying on rented accommodation. As I said I was relying on ICICI LOMBARD as they will take of my loan REPAYMENT as I was not getting not positive response. In January 2022 I got call from Mr Rajesh Yadav (+[protected], prior to this I use to get calls from CashE and I use to update them about my scenario as per ICICI replies. Now Mr Rajesh Told Me that it's not CASHE problem that ICICI LOMBARD will pay or not and so i have to pay atleast one EMI and i have to close this loan in Feb 4. So i told him that let me try to arrange for 1Emi of 34k and i will try to close this loan by feb 4 2022.

As I have told him that I'm trying to arrange one emi of 34k since 25th night i was not able to answer his calls because my mother is a heart patient and in April 2021 she also got effected and my god grace doctors saved her. So she was not doing well completely so i was not answering any one calls because I was arranging money for her treatment to save her.

Now today when I started answering calls I get few calls from these numbers -

When I have answered one call from this number they started ABUSING ME stating that

NOW THEY HAVE CALLED 5-6 PEOPLE FROM MY CONTACT LIST AND THEY HAVE ABUSED THEM AND TOLD THEM I'M A RAPIST AND I'M A TERRORIST, I HAVE BORROWED MONEY FROM SOME COMPANY CALLED (RED BUS) WHICH DOESN'T EXIST

Now how I have figured out that they are calling from Mr Rajesh Team Or CashE collection they particularly said these words -

"From LAST ONE YEAR I'M FOOLING THEN and when I called Mr Rajesh finally he told me if IF I WILL NOT PAY OR I WILL NOT ANSWER HIS CALLS, HE KNOWS HOW TO MAKE ME ANSWER HIS CALLS"

NOW I HAVE FEW QUESTIONS
1) I KNOW I'M NOT ABLE TO. PAY BECAUSE OF MY FINANCIAL SITUATION SO CASHE WILL DO SUCH PRACTICE TO COLLECT MONEY??????
2) BEING NOT ABLE TO PAY ME AND MY FAMILY WILL GO THROUGH SUCH PRACTICE OF COLLECTION??
3) MY CONTACT LIST PEOPLE ARE GETTING RANDOM CALLS WHICH ARE SAME ABUSIVE AND FULL OF THREATS

I KNOW I'M NOT ABLE TO PAY AND STILL I'M SAYING I HAVE TAKEN LOAN AND I HAVE TO PAY BUT IF SUCH THREATS AND ABUSIVE CALLS I WILL GET THEN I'M LEFT WITH ONLY ONE THING

ALREADY ME AND FAMILY IS SUFFERING
AND BECAUSE OF THIS FIRST I WILL FINISH MY FAMILY'S LIFE AND THEN I WILL FINISH MY LIFE BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE WILL DO THEIR SUCH PRACTICE REGULARLY AND I CAN'T TAKE IT🙏🙏🙏 because I'm not FRAUD PERSONA NEITHER I'M NOT A CHEATER.

MY SITUATION AND MY FAMILY SITUATION IS WORST AS OF NOW AFTER I LOST MY JOB AND FATHER, MY FATHER BUSINESS.
WE ARE ALMOST ON ROAD SO REST YOUR PEOPLE ARE CALLING ME ANDY CONTACTS AND TELLING SUCH BEAUTIFUL WORDS THEN IT'S BETTER TO FINISH OUR LIVES AND THE MONEY YOUR COMPANY WILL GET FROM MY LIFE INSURANCE THEN YOU CAN KEEP IT.

BUT I WOULD LIKE TO TELL MR RAJESH YADAV AND HIS TEAM WHO HAS DONE THIS ACTIVITY TODAY THAT IF SOMETHING HAPPENS WITH THEIR FAMILIES THEN THEY WILL UNDERSTAND AND HONESTLY ONCE I WILL FINISH OUR LIVES THEY WILL ALSO UNDERSTAND.

It's my hand folded request please please stop this mental harassment please 🙏 don't do this people are calling me and my contact people and they are just abusing and threatening. I can't tell you which language they are using about our mother and sister.

Rajesh Yadav - +[protected] he had initiated this thing so it's request don't do such practices where a person will be left with one option to die🙏🙏 I'm in trouble that's why I'm not able to pay. Please don't do this mental harassment 🙏🙏😭
