Casio — Casio Defected Watch

Hi, I bought CASIO watch from The Time shop Ghatkoper West on 5-9-2014 . At last week my watch stopped working so i visited the shop and asked them to check. After checking they told me that my warranty has been collapsed because i have given the watch at any local shop to repair. Because on the back cover of watch dial there was written someone name along with the date of repair and you can see the date mentioned on cover is 1-9-2014 in provided photograph's. But they were shocked when theysaw the date of purchased mentioned on warranty card on that basis they were ready to submit the watch for further warranty process. My concern is if i got the defected watch so i appealing for the replacement against the same, I request you to please look into this and help to get the replacement instead of that defected watch.
