hello sir ,i bought a watch from saravana stores .i wear my new watch and kept my old watch in my pocket and i donw to the 3rd floor.urs staffs check my pant pocket and took my old watch and also check my bill for my new watch.after that,they confirmed my old watch was mine.but they spoke unnecessary and also use senseless words,they are irritating me,im also compliant ur other staff, hm hes also not response to me...im totally upset,. and please take some actions to ur staffs and teach them to how to response to ur customers,im not feel happy shopping today.sorry saravana stores .ur several staffs are very worst when compared to others shops in t nagar....please correct this otherwise u ll loss ur customers one by one like me.thank to read my request......

CASIO — SCRATCH ON SCREEN OF BRAND NEW "PRG110 "WATCH

Sir,
This is with reference to the watch that i have purchased at Lifestyle Store at Bangalore on 7/3/2010 and given to the service centre at Horolab ,Bangalore on 26/3/2010.
I have paid Rs 15000 for this watch and gifted to my brother and to my disappointment my brother noticed that there is a scratch on the LCD screen inside the watch .
After taking it to the service centre ieHorolab ,the owner of the centre makes jokes that is unable to see the scratch and tells he is 60 years so he is not in a position to give any service .Id like to remind that "" The objective of Casio's service is "Customer Delight". but it turnedout to be the Horror Lab of Casio mangaging customers,i had to draw i sketch of the scratch on a paper and give it to the owner of the service centre ,i didnt know such incompetent people are there to service customers of Casio.
I receive a call from Mr Gurucahran from NEW DELHI ,IE today stating that they would replace the defective part of the watch.but why should that be done in first place than relacing me with a new watch . The watch is new . I didnt pay Rs15000 for listening from Mr Gurucharan that i should have seen the watch properly for defects before purchasing and also tells that i could have done the scratch and tells as its under warranty policy they can replace the part .



If i had to purchase a seconds watch its always availabe in the grey market but i didnt know that the watch "prg 110" with such features has some defect when i purchased.I bought this watch thinking about the quality of Casio and also about the products sold at Lifestyle Store,but to my disappointment it looks like that Lifestyle Stores and Casio are not worthy of the money we spend on products .The

objective of Customer Delight is no where for Casio . .But by giving a repaired watch i dont think it becomes new nor reflects the image of Casio nor its quality nor delight for the customer nor hels Lifestyle Stores to sell such unworkty products at the stores





.Warranty policies are good when i have used the watch but not for a brand new product which is defective in the first place at the time of purchase and dont expect customers to find defects for your products at the time of purchase it""not delight "" .

ITS LEFT TO CASIO AND FOR LIFESTYLE TO GIVE A NEW WATCH FOR WHAT ITS WORTH FOR AND NOT A REPAIRED WATCH or WHAT LOOKS LIKE A SECONDS WATCH THE WAY MR GURUCHARAN DESCRIBES OR HORROR LAB OF CASIO .

CASIO — Order delivery not received

I have placed an order in Buy2Brands for Rs1596, i have not recieved the delivery details .
I want to cancell my order.and get refund of my money
