I ordered a watch of 2995₹ from casio india shop website. The amount was deducted from my account. But the order has not been placed. The customer care is not responsive....

Last night I placed order of Casio f91w but order not placed but money is debited from my account I don't have customer id neither it is showing in my order...

Casio denying the return of product purchased from Casio its website is not allowing an option to return the product...

I have purchased edifice watch for Rs 8295 from Casio showroom in Trillium mall Nagpur. While purchasing I said that I can exchange the watch if my brother doesn't like it. He said that in 1 month you can return anytime. But today when we went to exchange it he said that he never said 1 month. He said 1 week. How can people deny from saying what they have promised. I bought casio edifice ex106 model which is giving continuously problem, i just paid 4800 rs to replace the mechanism but now the analog and digital time are not in sync. And service centre is saying they didn't find any issue. I ask them for a replacement but they denied. I paid 16000 rs for this and even i didn't get a good service.. I bought casio watch online, so i went to casio store at lifestyle gurgaon, haryana for size alter. They denied to alter size of my watch saying it is against norms, if it is against the norms then who is responsible for providing facilities/services of casio products if it is not casio store managers.
