            I received two time call store in Littman Jewelry was closing store claiming my watch is new never open this box has been since never use that my watch is new Casio G-shock is high price And been taken out of my warranty protection but they dont me a **** and ***** the number which neither one of them show an company Casio Inc .. I’m piss off disappointed try call to Casio customer support and technical support anywhere never reponse only message them never call back ever ASAP ... :-(

              Edifice watch exchange

              I have purchased edifice watch for Rs 8295 from Casio showroom in Trillium mall Nagpur. While purchasing I said that I can exchange the watch if my brother doesn't like it. He said that in 1 month you can return anytime. But today when we went to exchange it he said that he never said 1 month. He said 1 week. How can people deny from saying what they have promised. Such a pathetic experience....

                Casio means "poor quality and poor service attitude".

                Ajanta is cost effective quality wall clocks

                Poor product quality poor service and careless customer service

                - high purchasing amount but within 2 years of warranty failure

                - warranty card available with stores seal and purchased date

                Mentioned but not taken for service under warranty and staffs

                Rude behaviour from chennai service centers

                Details :

                I have purchased above mentioned casio wall clock @ saravana stores, chrompet, chennai -44 as a one among the item of multiple items purchase and stores person also mentioned that warranty card with date of purchase mentioned along with stores stamp seal is sufficient for under warranty failures.

                About product quality :

                With high purchase amount (2465 inr indian rupee) of wall clock from such a reputed company like casio, why failure was happened within 2 years??

                I have another clock with cost of 500 inr for more than 5 years, only replacing battery is sufficient if not run.

                I amn’t convinced with casio reliable quality with paying such a high amount payment.

                About service quality :

                Being clock is under warranty, i have taken clock for service into your authorised service dealer at phoenix mall city, velachery, chennai and i have produced warranty card (Attached below); your service person wasn’t taken for service under warranty and he asked to give stores bill ; i have replied that i have purchased wall clock as a one among item during multi items purchase in non casio outlets.

                Problem is non casio outlet showrooms not specified tome that bill alongwith warranty card is required for warranty failures.

                If they mentioned, definitely i was kept the bill with me.

                My question here is that whether casio oem has specifically to non casio outlets??

                If not : then you should correct that hereafter.

                If yes : then no terms and conditions mentioned to me, why i should suffer??

                  I sent my watch to service centre for repairing. As best of my knowledge only issue in watch is battery because watch stopped at running stage suddenly. I discussed with shopkeeper, he told it's better to send to service centre for any issue, work will be genuine but service centre people called me and said we have checked battery but it's ok only issue in machine and charges are 2000rs. But i asked them how is it possible because it is stopped at running stage. They said no it fell down and machine is broken, which is not possible because it is not fallen and machine will never broken like they said. Finally, i asked them to send it back. I showed it to local market and it get repaired by putting only 90rs cell with 1yr warranty and it get started. How they fool me, it's 9000rs watch branded sheen, which is forever. Like this maintenance they depict that don't trust on casio brand, which have issue after 2.5 yrs.
                  So please dont trust on company service centre.
                  So i am requesting to casio company to take care of such things.

                    I bought casio edifice ex106 model which is giving continuously problem, i just paid 4800 rs to replace the mechanism but now the analog and digital time are not in sync. And service centre is saying they didn't find any issue. I ask them for a replacement but they denied. I paid 16000 rs for this and even i didn't get a good service.. Very pathetic service from casio.

                      Refer my SNAPDEAL order no. [protected] & suborder no. [protected] dated 05/11/18 for Casio Edifice 558SG vide invoice no. S5D484/18/1560 dated 06/11/2018 for "Casio eye pleasing black chronograph wristwatch for men" SKU code Edifice 558.

                      This is to inform you that I am unable to make my product register at Casio portal as I did not receive any product code, serial number, warranty card, or user reference manual along with this watch.

                      The watch did not have Casio logo at the back and few problems of watch not performing well. Same have been conveyed to Snapdeal several times and to arrange return of watch and to make 100% refund.

                      Request Casio India to help me in returning the watch back to Snapdeal & refund of payment made to them.

                      I showed the watch to Casio authorised dealer also, but they refused to check the watch, saying they cannot service a fake watch.

                      Now, only you can help me to get the refund.

                        I bought a casio edifice watch 5 months back from shopper stop shipra maal indirapuram and after 5 months of buying that watch neither its chorongraph responses nor its second needle . Im highly highly dissapointed by this ###TY quality of casio, the inconvenience caused to me by this profuct is completely ###, i bought it fro 8095rs and after giving so much of money this type of quality i expereince, i deamand a new watch, i have given the watch to the store for repair and they told me that they will get it repaired from casio service centre, . But what about the promises they make and what about the problem im facing about this . I will never buy casio watch again in my life i swear highly unsattisfied with this

                          It does not carry original markings.

                          Request immediate return.

                          Please refer the attached photograph.
                          The "japan movement" marking is missing at the base of the inner dial.
                          Its a fake product. Kindly discourage this practice as its a serious malpractice.
                          I request immediate solution.

                          Selling counterfeit products is an offence.
                          7 day return policy is subjected to authentic products. How can there be any policy for counterfeit products.

                          I am afraid, i will have to escalate the matter in this case.

                            I bought casio watch online, so i went to casio store at lifestyle gurgaon, haryana for size alter. They denied to alter size of my watch saying it is against norms, if it is against the norms then who is responsible for providing facilities/services of casio products if it is not casio store managers. Please take into account this behaviour as i dont believe casio has such irrelevant norms for its customers.

                              Hi team,

                              I have buyed casio gshock watch 5 months back and now am seeing water inside watch and its not working. Its in warranty.
                              I reached casio shop in phoenix mall where i have buyed this product.
                              The staff behavior is worst and they are not ready to accept complaint, they are not ready to service which is under warranty.
                              So we should not be-leave such kind of franchise based on brand.
                              Its very painful because of such kind of behavior.
                              I suggest not to buy in casio phoenix mall bangalore.

                                Purchased a casio watch bearing model no mtp-1314d-7avdf. After few days of purchasing the watch became slow and i hurriedly rushed to the casio service centre and after 30 days later service centre handed over the watch to me. Again after 40 days later same problem persist and again i approached to the service centre and after 30 days later service centre handed over it to me.
                                Again 2 month later same problem persist and then i sold the watch by thinking that model manfucturer defect.

                                In the year 2017 i again purchased a new casio watch from central mall, guwahati bearing model no mtp-1314d-1avdf. After purchasing 2 months later i again noticed same problem having with my previous casio watch. I rushed to the casio service centre and after 30 days they handed over the watch to me. Now again i am getting the same problem.
                                It has put on question mark on the quality provided by casio.

                                  Being regular customer of Casio product I bought the watch Casio Sheena SX 178 from Inorbit shoppers stop VASHI on 12th August, 2018.There were so many other brands available at hefty discount s ranging from 50% to 80% but CASIO being a well recognised brand I bought this watch at RS.7995 with no discount...however, when I refer the Casio online shop, I found the same watch available with net 20% discount..overall, it's @rs.1600 loss to me ...how come such different policies adopted by Casio?by doing this do they want customers to avoid buying directly in shops? I need CASIO to revert on this by return ing me the discount amount...rgds, M.S.Bhaskar

                                    Watch purchased on 17/06/2018 from the watch store model no a415 (Shno 17, bldg no 42/43, sector1 below new india bank shanti nagar mira road east.. We had purchased this watch but it stopped working in a week time. But was repaired n given back again the same problem this time the watch was given back on 04/07/18 till date the watch has not been repaired. We were told that the watch was given to the company. I am surprised to know that there is no response from such a branded company or the store must have not given it. I assure that casio company would look into this matter and do the needful.                                       I brought a watch worth rs 5845, where i found that GST might have been wrongly deducted, amountig to Rs 639.36 for both SGST AND CSGT.

Now when i got admitted to the institute and started using it, i came to know that it does not have functions that it should have i. E. Complex function is not there, equations solving is also missing in it. I also checked casio website where they have shown that pressing mode and than 2 allows complex function but the same is not with my product.
                                          Sir, i bougth casio SA 77 818BAS27JH06920 from deep musical instruments address 17-A new colony, gumanpura, kota . retailer sold me this piano in 3000/- but online this piano avilable only 2650/- so i want to my cast back from ratailer.so please help me.

                                            I have purchased a casio G-shock watch from Flipkart, They have delivered a used watch and there was a invoice with the name of someone else there was no price tag and no invoice with my name.

                                            I have received the product on 15th of this month and since that time I am keeps contacting FLIPKART for replacement or return however they are arranging the pick of this watch but everytime the delivery guy denied for pick up. its been more then five times the delivery guy came to me and denied for pick up and the pick up guy told me that if I arrange again he will it will be cancelled it self. no body is helping me out to get it returned. I have mailed to business bureau however no body is helping me out.

                                              I have purchased watch in Jamshedpur. Within a week complete watch strap have lot of scratch & discoloration.
                                              Contacted company but their response is very pathetic. They only say to send the watch to Delhi.
                                              Casio is fraud company. They will give you some instructions which are very absurd and difficult to follow and you will give up. Their serve guy seems to be least concerned for solving customer complaint.
                                              I want my money back almost 5k spent and waste. Feel like cheated.

                                                I purchased a casio edifice watch from pantaloon on 08.12.2015 with a warranty period of two years.within one year the joints of the chain damaged four times.Each time i have to submit the watch at pantaloon for repair and they did it after a week time.After some days the same problem persist again.I have already faced the same problem four times within a year.i request the casio service center to replace the watch chain with a new one to avoid frequent chain damage problem.Each time they just repair it and i have to visit the vendor again and again for repairing purpose.i want a permanent solution to this.please treat the matter urgently as it's a very old case of frequent damage of watch chain.

                                                When I saw the watch at eBay site, its look original so I choose the watch and I ordered this product, but when I got this watch 26 dec 2017 and I saw watch then I realize that which product is not original so, i had give it back this product through your agent on 3 Jan 2018 ...
                                                I don't like this product, so please I want refund my money.
