It is very unfortunate that you people have received the watch for repair yesterday.. I have already attached and shared the servicing slip which we have given to you on 16th dec and it is expected delivery is 28 feb 2018. They what your service center and the franchise did for these three months.

Kindly provide on urgent basis. My kid's exam has started. Kindly share your ceo mail id.. Need to send the mail to your corporate

Dear concern,

This is to bring to your kind attention that we have given the casio shock proof watch which is under warranty for the problem second hand not working. But even after almost three month, we are not getting our watch repaired. While asking for the status, it was told that the part is not received from the company..

My kid exam is going to start from the march and he has no watch.. Request you to kindly do the needful at an urgent basis..
