CC Avenue — amount deducted twice for one transaction

While submitting fees for symbiosis through google pay payment method of rs. 807.08 got deducted twice on 11th may 2019. Kindly note two transaction numbers towards same transaction upi/[protected] and upi/[protected]. The first transaction showed failure and when attempted second time both the transactions succeed. The gateway was cc avenues
Kindly look into this, it's been long i'm waiting.

I had placed an order on amway app for Rs 2179.49/- and payment was deducted from my paytm account but order was not placed and still neither my money was back in paytm nor my order was placed.Order Id is[protected] but on order tracker status it was showing nothing than application not found. Kindly check.

I have paid Rs 743.50 to the bharatgas via upi payment through google pay... But the payment gateway was ccavenue... The money was deducted From my bank account but the bharatgas does not recieved the payment... So kindly refund my money...
