[Resolved] CC Avenue — Ccavenue bharat gas online upi payment failure

I have booked bharat gas lpg cylinder on 04/08/2020 (Order number 58652) and made online payment using paytm upi. Amount ₹ 621.50/- was deducted from my account and the payment was successful from paytm side. However, it is showing payment status as failure on bharat gas cylinder booking site. Payment made through ccavenue on [protected]@icici and the transaction id is[protected]. Although ccavenue confirmed having receipt of payment, i have received a payment failure confirmation from bharat gas site. I would appreciate if the amount would be refunded to my account as this transaction got fail. My bharat gas consumer no is 647 +2 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
