[Resolved] CC Avenue — not getting refund of transaction | |
I made a payment for irctc at freecharge using netbanking with ccavnue The payment was for rs 97.19 on 28 feb 2018, while the amount was deducted from my bank. But ticket was not booked and money also not reached to freecharge. However reference no of payment is: ccafl2eha781igafbklaw2. Please do needful and help to get my money back.
