[Resolved] CC Avenue — upi transaction failed and money not refunded | |||||
Hi team, I have made a lpg booking on bharat gas website. I tried to use upi to pay the amount. The initial transaction was failed but money got deducted from my bank. Then i tried with creditcard and it was successful. After reaching out multiple times with bharat gas customer service, they have finalized that only one transaction they could see and it was the credit card transaction. They have no details o[censored]pi transaction as it was failed. They told to check with my bank. It was icici bank linked to that upi address. I conveyed what ever happened and the reply i got was that the transaction was successful and please check with the merchant, in this case bharatgas. As bharatgas and icici termed out to be useless in helping me out to get my refund, i reached out to ccavenues. The upi payment was made to [protected]@icici. I sent out a mail with the details to them. They mentioned the responsive time is 24 hrs. I have waited a week and still waiting. I did get a collect request from ccavenues for that same amount when the transaction happened. I did raise that request but they didn't approve it from their end.
