Celkon A97 — Booting Problem

when i switched ON my mobile, i cannot get into the main window of my mobile and i am getting the start up video of celkon frequently and cannot get into my normal mobile usage..plsss help you out... also contact me through my id [protected]@gmail.com... i am using this mobile for more than one year and just now i came across this problem.
