[Resolved]  Celkon Mobile Phone — Defective mobile delivered by homeshop18

I ordered a mobile from homeshop18 (Celkon A354C) which was delivered to me on17th November 2014. After receiving the phone i noticed that flash light on the phone was not working properly, i informed customer care immediately but since then no action has been taken. I have been calling your customer care on daily basis, every time i am told that i will receive a call from your backend team but i havent received any call yet. I request you to please take a swift action and either replace my phone or refund my money. My order no is[protected]
