[Resolved] Celkon Mobiles — Order Cancellation and Refund pending since two months | |||
I had ordered a product in the last week of October 2013 at Celkon mobiles (www.celkonmobiles.com). It was a basic feature phone (C3333) worth Rs. 1999. I even have the confirmation mail in my inbox. ORDER No. is 5952. Preferred mode of payment is CC/Debit/Net-Banking (through ICICI net banking online) About 2-3 weeks later I had requested for cancellation. I even spoke to the customer care and they also agreed and they told me to send a mail requesting for cancellation. I sent the mail on November 13th 2013. Then, no reply at all... Again I sent the mail on November 24th 2013. Again no reply. A week later I again called them up, they gave me some person's contact and asked me to contact him. His details are as follows Prashanth - [protected] I contacted him and he said I would be refunded the next day. I waited and waited - a week passed. So I again called him up and reminded, he said he would talk later... More than 2 days passed. I got a call from customer care and they told me send mail again, this time they told me to write mail asking for refund along with cancellation. I sent the mail accordingly on November 27th 2013. They said they would contact me within 48 hrs. Again no reply or any sort of confirmation from them. They have eaten up Rs. 1999 and it has been almost 2 months and nothing from their side despite repeated requests from my side. Kindly look into the issue and resolve as early as possible.
