[Resolved] Celkon — Poor receiving, Harsh answers, poor service in service center. | |||
I bought Celkon A119Q after a gr8 search on Feb-07th 2014, instead of buying Sam sung Grand2. After 8 months it got a minor problem while charging. I immediately gone 2 nearest Celkon servicing center Sri Gayathri Mobiles in Vizianagaram, M.G.road. There the receptionist said that servicing time is over today. I requested a lot. But rejected the receptionist and I decided to go next day.Nextday they told to leave my mobile for a day and to change my charging pin. I requested that it was a small problem and I wl wait for 2 hours.Then the receptionist harshly said "i[censored] r urgent, take ur phone and go. Here we don't repair ur phone". I asked her i[censored] r not responsible for this company mobiles, where should I go. She said carelessly again, U go and try any where Alredy I heared a lot about this servicing center that rash handling with costumers, poor servicing, and Gr8 delay in delivery. It is a big joke in popular said by some of my friends that the use of celkon mobile is less time with them than the time that they left in servicing center. See how poor service they giving! My humble and sincere request to the owners of this company that Ur servicing and handling with costumers is too poor than other companies. I[censored] rectify this problem, definitely U overtake samsung. Another thing is that u maitain more and more servicing centers in majaor cities as too much of costumers are using ur phones. I[censored] r really a good owner, Immediately remove the staff in Vizianagaram and open so many servicing centers. Was this information helpful? | |||
