[Resolved] Celkon — Reg. Mobile Purchased on[protected] not working | |||

Mobile purchase one month back and not working – Manufacturing Defect Ref : Required documents attached herewith – Pls / Bill Scanned / Packing Details I have purchased a Mobile on[protected] from M/s. Poorvika Mobiles Showroom, Outlet at Coimbatore, Saibaba Colony Branch, Model No. CELKON AR – 35. I was using CELKON before for the past 5 years but it was really appreciable and very good in quality so only again I got Celkon the same brand. I got the above said basic model because I use mobile only for calls and not for mailing or chatting purpose. But this time I am really fed up of the quality which was facing a manufacturing problem within days after the day of purchase of a new one. For the past 10 days I am going 2 / 3 times to the sales counter to solve the problem but no use. I never expected this type problem in “CELKON” ! Then sales persons are saying go to some service centre and they will replace the mike or speaker whichever part is been in complaint. They can’t do anything in this matter. Then the showroom sales person told me give the mobile and go, come after one week or 10 days we will send to service centre. What is the use of getting a new mobile due to my old mobile got problem I have purchased a new mobile but without mobile I can’t move here and there for 10 days. What is a better solution for this I don’t know? I went to the above said showroom two / three times regarding this clarification and met Mr. Nagaraj / Mr. Karthick clarifying this problem. So they are not much interested in this Brand (CELKON). So they replied in a casual manner that this brand all are like this only Sir, don’t come to us for this type of complaints. Go where ever you need but no use the company itself is not taking care off like this type of problems because they are not interested in rectifying this type of production complaints. We have instructed several times about this to the Head office but no use, they are saying, actually what is the fact in this matter. Please do the needful, which is positive to the customer to avoid the un-satisfaction and the to maintain the MOTTO of the CELKON BRAND as the Customer satisfaction is the Company’s Satisfaction. i went there in this morning the service centre Name is M/s. PSR Mobiles, Near GP Hospital, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore
the lady staff working there she told me there is no such service for CELKON Mobiles
such a non-sense mobile is that dont get that type of brands
useless mobiles no service
the CELKON COMPANY never pay amount for us for the services made by us
SO WE HAVE STOPPED DIRECT COMPANY SERVICE FOR THE PAST ONE MONTH BACK
so dont say this mobile and come for service to this office
what a respect for service and what a service after sales
very good brand I ACCEPT IT
i am going to file a complaint in this regard
becuase after paying and getting a new mobile or old spares we dont know
we have to ready for service centre
