[Resolved]  Central Bank Of India — balance deducted, payment failure, need refund

Ordered a mobile phone redmi note 9 pro from amazon on[protected] but due to payment failure amazon refunded my amount of rs 15998 but amount not reflecting in my account.
The following details have been given by the amazon again and again.
