Central Bank Of India — Declined transaction money should not be refunded | |||||
Dear sir I was paying amount on paytm application i did two transaction of 5000 each on dated 26/12/2016. One transaction was failed and another was successful. I also communicated with paytm and they replied that transaction was failed & amount roll back to account but i didn't got any money against same. Also raise complaint 3-4 times in "centre bank of india" help desk but every time they close request with reason transaction was successful resent request details "#2012880". I am too much suffering form last 5 months. Both are (Bank and paytm) are denies to refund my amount.
