Central Bank Of India — faulty atm. money not received but deducted the balance.

Address:Kamrup, Assam

I have visited an atm of state bank to withdraw money but i didn't get the money and at the same time the balance was deducted from my account. The atm display screen at that time showed "time-out". The branch is boko. The date was 30th july 2018. It was around 10:30am. The amount i have entered was 20000. I didn't get anything from the atm and it showed time-out.

Sir, i hv to update my passbook, but IN mY CBI home branch, since 20 june 2018 bank stap saying that, machine is not in working condition,
1.MANY CUSTOMERS IS RETURNING IN FRONT OF ME DAILY, , , , ,
2.BANK STAP IS VERY IRRESPONSIBLE, , , ,
3.HE TAKES too much time to complete any work

I withdrew 500rs central bank debit card from Bank of Maharashtra ATM kakadeo but balance deducted from my account but I don't get money
