Respected sir, Ac. No. : [protected] Ac name : pratik narendrabhai sakdecha Debit card no. : [protected] I pay pgvcl payment of rs. 1733 /- on[protected] two time This payment debited from my account but pgvcl doesn't get the bill Amount not a single time. I got my one time payment back credited my Account and for second time debited amount doesn't get yet. I pay this Amount through the mobile banking application. I give the written complaint to the branch manager of my Account. They told me to get back in 10 days but didn't get yet. I Attach the copy of my complaint at the branch manager and request to Credit one time amount rs. 1733 /- back to my account. If any mistake happen, any procedure remaining, etc. Let me Know about that. I ragyular call but not any solution in this date, so please handle this matter and reply me final answer.
