The amount 4902.15 was debited from my bank account number [protected] on date 02.04.2020 for the purpose of railway ticket booking. The mode of payment used was debit card. After cancellation of train due to lockdown on date 17.04.2020 a refund has been initiated by irctc. The refund transaction details as provided by irctc are given below: Refund transaction id - [protected] Refund date : 17.04.2020 Refund status : refunded Refund amount : 4830.0 rs. Amount credited to bank with reference no. :[protected] The refund amount is not yet credited to my bank account kindly do the needful.
