Dear sir,

I had take loan in your esteemed bank at ooty branch during 2014 and six month back i had clear the all due but still i dint get my clearance certificate for that from your ooty branch. Whenever i go and approach for that your branch manager is not giving any response he is keep on telling like you will get the clearance certificate as soon as past six month he is saying like this only but so far nothing has been done. He is very assault with the customer kindly take necessary action and do the needful. My details v. Karthick two loans i taken both are cleared. Account no (1) [protected], (2) [protected].
