Central Bank Of India — My refund is not reflected in my account | |
My name is shivangi gupta i had placed an order on amazon on 4 july for rs 1250. I had ordered four products and their name are as follows (A) bulfyss silicone fruit cake mould for rs 499 and one more bulfyss silicone mould, for rs 299 (B) taj aluminium cake mould amounted to rs 325, (C) ivann silicone spatula and pastry brush for rs 127. And product was delivered on 7 july and due to inappropriate quality i had placed return request and the pickup was completed on 14 july and amazon had initiated refund on 14 july but still the amount is not reflected in my bank a/c and my bank a/c is saving a/c and they had told me that by 21 july amount will be reflected in my account but still amount is not reflected. Amazon had send refund refrence number to me which is #30005401970184201783180 and one more refund refrence number is #3000540197086192317878 and one more refrence for third product is[protected] and amazon customer care executive told me to fill a charge dispute form against my bank and my a/c no. Is [protected] and ifsc code is cbin0280228 and i had ordered through my debit card but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this copmplaint as soon as possible.
