Central Bank Of India — not refund my money

My name is khaja imtiyaz uddin and i had ordered dish tv of rs.1199 through amazon on 14 th april, 2019 i did cancel this order due to personal reason. Custumor service by amazon told me my balance
Must be credited in my account which is not still. And on 22rd april, 2019 refund initiated as per amazon.
Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but central bank of india doesn't have such policy. So
Please kindly respond...

Akshay rajendra supekar 30the April 1000 rs transfer to upi through money cosmos bank account but not credit receiver account but debited my account please back money to may account.
