04.11.2017 to idea cellular through our netbanking. My

Branch and has been debited the said amount but idea has not

Received the amount.

I have already complained to the bank and also idea. But they

Are taking a very long time to solve my problem.

Also idea has barred my call and message service.

So i request you to solve my problem at the earliest
