Central Bank Of India — refund money not yet reflected on my account

Dear sir/mam one of my refund amount 13999 which amazon says its been refunded did not reflected on my account yet. I"ve checked with bank and they said no money has been refunded to your account after doing an enquiry which taked 7 days. Now its almost 2 weeks. I have complained against it on my branch but i didn't get proper solution from bank manager. After contacting amazon they said go for charge dispute form.
