Central Bank Of India — refund not credited in my bank account | |||
On 14 feb 2020 i ordered headphones [redgear thunder-b 7.1 usb rgb gaming headphones] from amazon i paid rs 1, 709.00 through my central bank of india's visa debit card visa ending in 0011 On 15 feb 2020 i returned the product and the very next day 16 feb 2020 Amazon initiated me refund of rs 1, 709.00 they said i will receive my refund within 7-10, they also gave me a reference number refund reference # 74332740048004721371798 Amazon has clearified that they have initiated amount but bank didn't credited into my bank account The date of trasaction 14/02/2020 The date of refund initiated 16/02/2020 But it's been 17 days central bank of india didn't credited rs 1, 709.00 on my bank account, I called central bank of india's customer service they told me to contact branch manager so i visited my home branch but branch manager told me that he can't track the refund reference number [74332740048004721371798 ] he also checked my bank statement and told me that no amount has been received by them. The resolution of my complaint is to get refund of amount 1, 709.00 I've attached 1. Refund initiation email 2. Invoice 3. Chat 4.
