[Resolved]  Central Bank Of India — refund not processed and no refund credited in my account

Respected sir/mam, with due respect i want to inform you that an amount of rs. 1779.00/- for my product realme earbuds wireless have been refund to me by amazon.in on 20/02/2020 with refund reference number # 75503720051038119060254.
Its been around 10 days from now but the amount is not reflected in my account, kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible.
