[Resolved]  Central Bank Of India — Refund Not Received Even though refund was issued On 19th November

Dear Sir/Madam
My name is Sanjay Kumar Verma.
I had purchased a oneplus nord smartphone worth Rs 29, 999 From amazon and the product turned out to be defective. I had purchased it with a central bank debit card on amazon. i returned the phone to amazon on 14th november 2020 and was issued a refund from amazon of Rs 29, 999 On 19th November 2020.Now amazon says that the bank should have credited the refund on my account by 24th november 2020.
But Today its 25th November and I haven't received any refund till now.Please Refund my amount at the earliest.
I have attached a screenshot in which it clearly says that i should've received my refund by 24th november 2020.
The central bank customer care was of no help and refused to give me details of the refund status even though i offered them reference number that i received from amazon.
