My name is vishal ashok salve and I had ordered a backpack of rs. 1343 in Amazon on purchase date on 24 November and I return this product due to personal reason. And on dec 09 Amazon initiated amount to my account but I still didn't get the money Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian bank have no such policy.
