Central Bank Of India — Regarding failed transaction | |||
I had added rs.2000 to icici pocket wallet through Rupay debit card [protected] on 8th jan. 2017, but the money debited from bank account and not credited to merchant, when i contact icici pocket c.c. they check there billdesk and reply me that the trans.is failed from bank end, so please contact your bank with the ref.no HURP[protected], when i send email to the bank, they didn't respond it, please help me and refund my money. Bill no:[protected], dtd 14/02/17. Bill amount Rs:709/-paid by cash as Centralbank credit card payment not successful as receipt not came from the machine.But in my mobile it has come that payment done on Bismi hypermart.Pl.check & arrange for refund the same.
