Central Bank Of India — rs 5000 did not come out

Address:MAJITH MANDI TUNDA TALAB, AMRITSAR, Amritsar, Punjab, 143001

I used my citibank atm card in atm machine of cental bank of india, majith mandi, amritsar. Machine is placed near to this bank, tunda talab, majith mandi, amritsar. I put my card, screen showed up processing, then said time out. Money did not receive. At the same time citibank deducted rs 5000 and inform me by yahoo email and sent sms message regarding deducting 5000 amount.
Used my atm citi bank card on 22.2.2019 and time was 3.40 pm friday.
Could you please look into the matter. Please inform me by email id : [protected]@

Amount was debited but cash was not dispensed from ATM please credit back the money as soon as possible
My account is in Raipur, chattisgarh-492001 .
but the ATM where transaction took place is in hyderabad-500082
Please resolve the issue soon
