CESC — Ambiguity about printing receipt of monthly bill payment | |||||
Please provide me the process of printing receipt of monthly bill payment, the bill already paid through your bill payment gateway(via Paytm). Its a funny for this organization i.e. CESC that no easy process been given in their website nor any helpline toll-free no exists in this regard.They always emphasis on the chargeable phone nos for the communication, The organization is not only a big but also hold the maximum electricity in greater Kolkata. The advertisement in your website shows that much more facility is given but it is a furse. Related to monthly bill payment several payment gateways were provided but totally ambiguous as often even after successful payment ther is always a suspense as most of the time a message come "Your pament is unsuccessful". Either this fake message should be sent to the genuine paid bill customer, also there should easy user interface for quick printing of bill payment receipt otherwise your customer shouldn't take it in good faith.
