[Resolved]  CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — After successful transaction payment receipt not generated

On 26.5.14 i paid due bill amounting rs 802.00 through debit card of punjab national bank for the month of april, 2014. But after successful transaction the message displayed that "payment is approved " and without going to generate the receipt the connection broke. I found the amount was deducted from bank acount. Neither any mail nor any message
Was received by me in this connection.Will i pay again to cesc ?
