[Resolved] CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — excess payment due to wrong tarrif | |||
I, Sri Atul Krishna Halder CESC CONSUMER No. [protected] customer id [protected]. CESC charged higher tariff in the month of JUNE 2014, while in the billing month of May 2014 unit consumed shows NIL. As a result in yhe month of June 2014 both the months units were accumulated and higher amount realised.Now I want my excess amount to be reverted with interest if any or to be adjusted in the current month. Also I express my humble request to take an action to the erring staff who played with the CORPORATION. A line regarding action taken will be highly appreciated. Thank You.
