[Resolved] CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — Money Deducted but Payment Unsuccessful | |||
I had made an online payment of my electric bill using SBI online banking of Rs 394.56 and the said amount has been deducted from my account but my CESE bill was not paid . Transaction was done using Billdesk. I tried to pay the bill again. So in turn my bill amount was deducted twice from my account. Jan 7, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I got receipt. CESE send me a mail with the receipt. They mailed pdf document and updated in their site. It took 3-4 days to resolve this. Also the other amount is adjusted in next bill. Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
