Respected Sir/Mam,
I made a Rs.12, 815/-(twelve thousand eight hundred and fifteen rupees) CFMS challan on [protected] in https://cfms.ap.gov.in portal and taken hard copy and payment made by [E-payment] SBI Internet banking. After the payment I have noticed that there was a mistake in challan. The amount Rs.12815/-(twelve thousand eight hundred and fifteen rupees) which is I paid as User charges challan instead of DSD challan by Mistakenly, The actual amount for User charges is Rs.200/- (two hundred rupees) only. Sub-Register was not allowed that challan for Registration purpose. after that I have paid an amount of Rs.12815/- for new challan for our registration by the name of DSD challan.
Now I'm trying to refund of my old challan. But nobody gives proper information of applying for refund.
And I complained to the Sub-Register, Treasury office, at Podili. But they are not able to give clarity on this issue. And everybody says that they dont know the process of how to get refund.
If anybody knows about the refund process, please help me.

I am having a similar issue. I paid two challans worth of 2, 30, 000 INR. one of them is failed in in challan generation.
But they provided me challan copy somehow later. And I am struggling to cancel it since June-2019.
