I ordered two books from them on 8th May, 2022, of the two I have only recieved one of the books that I ordered and the other one has still not been delivered as on this date i.e. 15 Dec, 2022 - IT HAS BEEN 7 MONTHS !!! I asked multiple times and they told me that books that are not in "Ready to Ship" category take 8-10 weeks to be delivered. So, I waited for more than 3 months and when i asked them that my book is available as "Ready to Ship" on your app, they told me it must have been a glitch. Then in August, I asked if I can get a refund they said they can't do that and assured me that my book will reach me. Since September, my order status is showing as "Dispatched"...its December now and I still don't have my book. On top of all this, they only accept prepaid orders and don't have a proper complaint resolution mechanism in place. Once you've paid the money they absolutely do not care about your order. They don't even follow up on the complaints or the completion of a particular order. This whole experience has been so tormenting...I mean if they would give me my money back then i would just buy and read that book from somewhere else...but I can't even do that. Never ordering from them again. What they did is so UNPROFESSIONAL and UNETHICAL. Was this information helpful? |
