Chapterone Bookstores And Internet Ltd — I'm complaining about a non delivery of an book ordered in Oct 2022

The book, order # 4090 was ordered on 4th Oct, 2022, paid for fully.
When book didn't arrive even by end of year, we were told that it takes up to 8 weeks for procurement books. On repeat follow up, the emails bounced and wa told told to reinitiate a helpdesk query to new email... After initial responce that too bounced.
Repeated follow up since Jan 2023, we were told to
*Wait
*Write again, and when confronted with screenshots about the bouncing emails on Instagram Message, was replied to rudely and abruptly
* Writing to the help desk again they said book hasn't arrived so i demanded for cancellation and refund.

Got 2 mails - early March, 2023
1 from helpdesk saying we r cancelling order give us UPI ID for processing refund.. i replied with details
2 auto generated email saying your order has been shipped out.. but with no shipping or tracking number.

I waited till this week and followed up.. they say that their website has no provision to cancel orders and so they have to close it as shipped out.. which is why the email was sent without tracking details.
When asked abt when the refund will be done.. there is no response.

As a customer, having paid in full and diligently following up, I have been treated rudely and abruptly, and honestly don't want anything to do with them. For a company in the service industry, their service and customer service, deliverance rate and ethics are horrible.
