On June 2021, I disconnected the Cherrinet service and after a few weeks their representative called me and I collected their modem. During installation a deposit of Rs.400 was made. Once the executive took back the modem I requested a refund from them but they said the amount would be refunded within a week. After a week, I check my bank account and found no money has credited in it.
I called again, and the customer service representative said the refund team would contact me as soon as possible. I received a phone call from the refund team, who informed me that it would take another 30 to 45 days.
Despite the fact that it is August, I have not received my money back. Was this information helpful? |
