I heard about this CNBC Awaze Pehredar who helps the end consumers. I am facing problem with my builder.
Builder Name : Chinnar Group, Chandigarh.
Description :
Chinnar group pre-launched project called Chinnar world at Patiala road. I booked one plot for 13000/Sq yard for 200 Sq yard plot in 2011. I waited for 2 years but they have not launched project. there is no update after multiple follow up. I take plot at premium of 1 laksh. I paied 10% as 2.6 laksh and 1 lakhs in cash. Out of frastration i asked about the money. They mentioned that there is delay in project due lack of cash. They gave two options - Blook the flat in another project or take refund. I asked for refund. I gave original copy to them in begining of Nov. They are making excuse again and again. They are asking that once loan is sanctioned they will refund. I asked give me cheque. For sake of giving, they gave check of 2 Lalkhs that bounced. I am helpless. Can you help me to get my money back?

I had booked one plot (Chinar World) and one property with BCL HOmes Limited, Peermuchalla .
Total amount given by me was around 4lakhs (2.6 Lakhs+1 Lakh premium+30000 transfer fees) plus 1, 11, 111/- (other project, given on
[protected], i.e. a total of around 5.11 Lakhs in TWO different "UP-COMING" projects. But the projects were never even LAUNCHED in more
than two years time. Now after 10 months of applying REFUND and SEVERAL VISTS/ Phone-Calls/ requests/reassurances later, I am still being harassed and not given my Refund.
I Was not even issued ANY Post-dated Cheque also, like others! When asked for, they even denied giving cheques to anyone.
Please help me get my refund on urgent basis.
