I had ordered two bottle of david off coffee on 10th October, 2021.

I received Heinz baked beanz instead of that.

Phone number is not reachable. Product worth few hundred sent instead of 1000rs product and they charge 150rs shipping for mumbai even when they are based in mumbai

A similar thing happened to me. What can be done about it. I had ordered chocolates and instead got Heinz baked beans. The numbers given are not working. Is it worth a police complaint?
