Chocolatebazaar.co.in — Its a scam, wrong order was deliberately sent and the email and phone numbers given are fake

On the 27th of September, I ordered ferrero Duplo Crisp sticks from chocolatebaazar.co.in, instead what i got was a noodle packet. I called the helpline number, it was switched off, I mailed them, apparently the email id dos not exist. I feel very betrayed. I demand a proper explanation and a refund or I plan to file a police complaint.
