your company taken my car for 3 EMI pending and still there is no communication from customer care side since past 7 days after i sent multiple Email.

Choalamandalam finance gave me car loan for 3 years and i paid off one and half years, . due to some reason i have 3 EMI pending one day cholamandalam people came and taken my car with 3.75 laks company money with laptop and wallet, . they did not return till this date, . after i was checked my loan details for 3 years loan i have been paid off one half year loan, . at present they are demanding again 80% loan amount verbally and no email communication from cholamandalam end.

i have send sevaral enquery about my car and stuff still they are not even interest to talk with clients.
cholamanadalam finance steal money from clients and they are demanding more money from clients what i understand, .. they dont have proper email communication or customer care center.

End of the day cholamandalam finance cheat indian retails clients and never follow RBI - NBFC rule.

dont know what to do next, .. still i have hope on RBI and indian law so my battle will be continue with this stupid stealing company.

Even after discussing all the aspects of loan and submitting all the documents and login fee, there is an unnecessary delay in the loan process.
Please do not trust this company as it will just waste your time effort and money.

LAP Loan closure request given on 14th Dec 2022 still no revert from Branch Side, they told approval is pending from seniors since last 1 month, we can close the loan as approvals are in place, who is responsible for my interest part which is being added day by day, neither customer care are reverting on mail, they think customer is fool, they can accrue interest as much as possible till the customer is keeping patience, neither their Branch staff responds on message or calls

There is a wrong loan entry in my CIBIL report in the name of Chola Invst Fin for an amount of Rs.16000.
However I have not taken any loan from chola. In my CIBIL report Rs.2016 is showing overdue since 30.09.22. I have email several times to customer care, but still no feedback received.

Kindly remove the loan from CIBIL report immediately.

My father Mr Omprakash Pandey took car loan from chola mandalam for 3 cars from which 2 cars cleared last 1 cars loan was pending from COVID our business got damaged fully because of COVID also still my father suffering from COVID . I urged and requested to chola manager( Sagar) in branch pcmc pune, to close my account by ots settlement but he refused by saying we will not do that .

And also we getting notices after every 3 months with date mentioned latest months. Kindly look into this and solve our problems immediately.

It’s been a week and Cholamandalam insurance company hasn’t approved my work approval yet and his staff are so disrespectful and they don’t have manners how to talk with customers even the state head of claim department Mr. Rajesh ([protected]) is declining my call.

Helo sir am sathish kumar, I’ve taken bike loan in 2019 October for 36months. In COVID I was adviced me to pay loans even in moratorium period to avoid interest hikes and I paid my dues... but recently I was came to know that my tenure was reversed to 42months so I called my executive they said I need to pay interest in moratorium period for 6months even though I paid and they converted it as extra dues.they asked me to pay interest as extra dues I don’t know why this was happened even paid dues in moratorium

Daily executive calling me twice a times and insisting me to pay loans for another 6months and they r saying it was not updated in their server so I visited branched and explained the issue to get statement. In statement clearly it shows that I paid interest and they mentioned all my moratorium interest was reversed.lethargic answer from branch since I visited 20days ago that they will call me again but since I hadn’t got any calls due to this my cibil score was down and I got health issues I was trenches to internal pressure of SUCIDE like many people had did in their past. they are calling me to pay dues which I don’t need to pay I lost my happiness because of getting calls daily so I kindly written a complaint to take action towards it and company needs to pay me for providing wrong information... Hi I have a LAP going on since April and recently I had requested Mr sunny Kamble for LOD and he straight away refused to give it to me. I have been contacting his senior Mr Prashant nazare but he’s not been answering my calls since 15 days and not replying to any text messages I have left several emails since 5th of July but no response and I’ve been feeling harassed to ask for my LOD

Kindly Rectify it and update.
