[Resolved]  Cholamandalam — vehicle surrender still asking for money

i took loan against my vehicle eicher DCM no. UP78 AN-5034 only 80 thousand remaining but i falied to submit that so i surrender the vehicle . but still they are asking for money and sending me some court notices. they have taken my vehicle and demanding more then 90 thousand.
