Cholamandalam — Complaining about the unreasonable charges ... Added by this chor mandalam

One of my uncle is a cab driver . He had purchased a car which was financed in 2019 through this chola (chor mandalam) finserv. Due to a lot of financial problems in the family .. Because of covid pandemic, he slipped the 3rd continuos installment . The road mafias of this chor mandalam caught his car and drove it to its ware house . He was in great trouble ..he was forced to take an informal loan ..from the market when we went to chor mandalams office they had made a bill already . Car's monthly installment is approx 10 000 and 3 installments gets closed to 30000 .. But they had prepared a bill of 65 thousand .this was disgusting ..we went to take tge car just the next day . what was this charge ?? . after trying a lot to bring the charges down .. The staff said 45 000 but this wil clear only 2 installments .. And after requesting much he rounded off it to 40000 ...so what i am saying ..was that genuine ..?? /../ from what point is it reasonable .?? . some one is dying of hunger and ... They are just looting us ..I will not even give them minus 100 for their service and cooperation😡
