Dear Sirs, I am your customer by virtue of SX4 bearing registration number GA-04-C-5715 and ALTO bearing registration number GA-04-C-0645 That my vehicle name SX4 bearing registration number GA-04-C-5715 is having a major problem of gear shifting since 30, 000 km for which your dealer SAI Service replaced the clutch plates and pressure plates as vehicle broken down half the way my journey on road. Data can be obtained from service history of the vehicle. That on 62, 000 - 65, 000 km same problem was repeated and Chowgule Company replaced 1. Sanchromiser ring; 2. Disc; 3. Clutch; 4. Ring Assy and Low gear Sanchromiser and informed me that its clutch plates and pressure plates problem. After that same problem reoccurred on 07.10.2015. Chowgule Company at Mapusa Branch has replaced same parts again at 70, 000 to 80, 000 km and informed me that its the problem of clutch and pressure plates and immediately after 15 days same problem was noted in the vehicle and immediately informed the Chowgule Industries and requested to repair the same. The Manager of Chowgule Mr. Pranav has informed me that they don't have Loner Car and hence are not in a position to repair my car. After 4 days from informing the same vehicle gear transmission box has taken measure problem while driving the vehicle from Bombay to Goa on Pune Express Way and automatically vehicle turned to neutral during the course of driving top 5th gear thereby endangering me and my family members life. And I has to drive the vehicle very slowly with due care and precaution to reach my house at Goa. On reaching back to home on Sunday afternoon on 09.11.2015 I informed the said problem to Chowgule to carry out necessary repairs. As responsible person I have never expected Mr. Pranav - Manager of Chowgule Mapusa Branch to act negligently by not informing the risk of driving vehicle further in such a condition (unworthy) and hence played with my family life. Being I am having good faith in your Company the unsatisfactory response from Chowgule I am totally discourage from purchasing Maruti Suzuki Vehicles. I decide to inform you the same so that I can ensure myself in safe and trusty hands and expect you to initiate necessary step to sort out my problem at the earliest. I further request you to kindly replace the entire transmission box for further risk and my safety. Kindly arrange the substitute transport facility from your end till my vehicle gets repaired. Any risk to the life and my safety will be fully attributed to your acts if I am forced to drive the said unrepaired car by your assigned persons. Such a ignorant and negligent behavior of Chowgule personnel will lead to loosing your valuable customers in future.
